Cavit Knit Beanie

The Cavit Knit Beanie is great for either gender and a fun design that’s quick to work up. A great way to get introduced to knit color work.
Pattern includes a video on how to knit the crossovers without a cable needle.

Supplies:
• Approx. 60-140 yards of yarn as detailed below. If adding length to slouch of hat more yarn will be required.
• 5.00mm (8) circular needles or DPNs
• Yarn Needle
Yarn:
Knit Picks Chroma (60-140 yds) in:
Surfs Up (Color A, 30-70 yds)
Natural (Color B, 30-70 yds)

Also shown in Malabrigo Worsted in:
Polar Morn (Color A)
Natural (Color B)

As long as gauge is met, other yarns of the same weight can be substituted:
Madelinetosh Tosh Merino
Crystal Palace Yarns Mochi Plus
Manos del Uruguay Maxima
West Yorkshire Spinners Aire Valley Aran

Yarn Note: This hat as written is a snug beanie, for a slouchier hat work 1-2 more repeats of set up rounds 1-16, keeping in mind this will require more yardage.
