Unicorn Rainbow Game Knit

A fun DIY knit game for little ones! Go over the rainbow where there is a hungry unicorn that wants to eat treats. The game mat becomes a bag for easy storage.

Benefits:
The Unicorn Treat Game helps preschoolers and toddlers with color recognition, develop fine motor skills, social skills in taking turns, and strategic thinking skills. For advanced children, the winner must collect one pompom of each color.

Craft: Knitting

Supplies:
US 7 (4.5 mm) Circular or DPN Needles
Crochet hook (optional)
Tapestry (yarn) Needle
Stitch Markers
Scissors
Small amount of fiberfill
Colorful Pom Poms -20 total, 4 of each color

Yarn:
Red Heart Super Saver
Color A: White
Color B: Baby Pink
Color C: Pale Plum (Purple)
Color D: Light Blue
Color E: Tea Leaf (Green)
Color F: Lemon (Yellow)
Color G: small amount of black yarn for stitching

Abbreviations / Stitches
k- knit
p- purl
K2tog- knit two together
Kf&b- knit in front and back of stitch
M1- Make One
