And it can be worn with or without the tutu. For little ones the pom pom’s are the perfect photo accessory, and for older children they look adorable tied into pigtails! Simple color changes can customize this outfit for any sports team or theme.

Approx 2 yards tulle cut into 18x4 inch pieces
Jumbo Pom Pom Maker
White ¼ inch ribbon

Red Heart Soft- Royal Blue
Red Heart Soft- White

Yardage for Newborn size (approximations) : Romper- 200 yards, Pom Poms- 54 yarns royal blue and 54 yards white

Fsc- Foundation Single Crochet
Puff st- Puff Stitch
