Frog Prince Hooded Cowl

Frog Prince from the Fairy Tale Cowl Series
Worked from top down, which means NO seams!!! (yay!!!) This is a quick project that sure to please any cowl wearer. There are instructions for an optional neck insert to keep warm during the coldest months.
