You’ve used your crochet or knit weapons to battle out an amazing piece with a special someone in mind. After all the hard work why not let them know how unique and special your gift is with a nice or humorous custom label?

Printable fabric sheets can be found at major craft stores and can be printed on your own Ink Jet Printer. Quick, easy, and affordable. My favorite things.

Supplies:
Iron-On Quick Fuse Fabric Sheets
Scissors
Inkjet Printer

Step 5:

Place your custom label image side up onto the knit or crochet garment. Press for 10-15 seconds making sure all areas of the label are fused. Fuse the label before washing. Wash by hand in cold water. Do not use detergent and lay flat to dry. And that’s it!

Please enjoy and share with your friends!

I tried this, but the iron "killed" the acrylic yarn. Is there a way to prevent that from happening? Thank you in advance :)

With acrylic it can melt the yarn if the heat it too high. Another option is to purchase the fabric labels that can be sewn or hand stitched on. They are the same brand and in the same isle at the craft store :)
