Winter Crochet Slipper Socks

This Winter Crochet Slipper Sock Pattern is designed so that you can make knit-look socks using crochet. We achieve this by working with the split single crochet stitch, also appropriately known as the crochet knit stitch. You'll also use post stitches to create the ribbing that holds the socks close to your ankles. The result is a pair of slipper socks that are comfy, cozy and warm. Bring on the winter snow because your toes will stay warm anyway!

Winter Crochet Slipper Sock Pattern Details

Here's the free pattern along with all that you need to know in order to complete it. You'll work with a #5 bulky weight yarn and size J and K crochet hooks. Many people mistakenly believe that working with bulky yarn makes for socks that are awkwardly chunky. However, using the right stitches, such as the split single crochet stitch, and the right design, bulky weight slipper socks can be chic, stylish and super cozy.
