k2tog – knit two stitches together
kfb – knit in front and back
p – purl
pm – place marker
rep – repeat
RS – right side
slm – slip marker
ssk – slip, slip, knit: slip 2 sts knitwise 1 at a time, insert left needle in front of both sts and knit them together through the back loop
yo – yarn over
Gauge:
17 sts and 23 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette st
