Lace Top Crochet Basket Pattern
Who doesn't love a cute storage crochet basket pattern? I know I'm constantly looking for things that help me organize my home and keep things pretty. With a new puppy in the house, I wanted a basket for all of her new toys. I also wanted a couple of different sizes, although I ended up keeping the purple one for my crochet hooks instead of her puppy treats.

Who would guess that these two baskets are the same exact pattern? Yep, same instructions. The difference is the larger one uses three strands at once and a larger hook. But guess what?! I have an easy way to work 3 strands of yarn from 1 ball. Check out this quick video below:

Notes:
Special Stitches:
Crochet Bee Stitch- Use a loose tension for this stitch. Ch 1, *slide hook under the second strand of the ‘V’ in the second stitch from the row below and then 2sc into the skipped stitch from round 2; repeat * around. For the last stitch in the round, the 2sc will be worked over the seam and into the first skipped stitch, join.
Stacked Single Crochet (Stsc):
Stacked Single Crochet 2 Together (Stsc2tog)
Do not chain at the beginning of the row. Insert your hook into the first stitch, yarn over, and pull up a loop. Yarn over and pull through both loops on the hook; this will look similar to a single crochet stitch. Insert your hook into the left verticle bar below, yarn over, and pull up a loop. Yarn over and insert your hook into the second stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop. Next, Yarn over and pull through two loops on the hook. Last, Yarn over and pull through the remaining four loops on the hook.
Tip: Mark this stitch with a stitch marker so you know which stitch is your first stitch in the row.
