First Leg of the Baby Overalls

Rnd 1: Fsc 32 without twisting your chain, sl st to join and ch 2 (chain 2 does not count as a stitch in the pattern). (32 sts)

Rnd 2: dc 9, fptr, ch 1, skip 1, fptr, dc 2, fptr 4, dc 2, fptr, ch 1, skip 1, fptr, dc 9, join and ch 2. Images of the crochet cables at the bottom of the post.

Rnd 3: dc 9, fptr, dc in chain one space, fptr, dc 2, skip 2, fptr in next two, go back to two stitches just skipped and fptr in each, dc 2, fptr, dc, fptr, dc 9, join and ch 2.

Row 1: With the wrong side of overalls facing you, attach yarn 4 stitches in (right after the second fptr from the left- see picture) ch 2 (counts as first stitch), bpdc next, ch1, skip 1, bpdc, turn.

Row 2: ch 2 (does not count as stitch), fptr, dc, fptr, dc in top of ch 2 from the previous row, turn.

Row 3: Repeat rows 1-2 seven more times.
Fasten off and sew strap to back of overalls.

Finishing the Crochet Baby Romper Pattern

Weave in all ends, and sew up the crotch area.
