Start by chaining 26 sts, follow the Chart for Size XS (or the written instructions) for a total of 15 rows. Use a tape measure or gauge tool to determine the stitches per width and rows per height of the swatch. Adjust as needed.

Wash and block to measurements. Fold sweater in half with RS facing out and WS together, aligning Sleeves and Body. With yarn needle and preferred seaming method, sew side seams beginning at the bottom hem, working up to the Sleeves, then sew across the Sleeves in one continuous seam. Rep seam on the other side.

Neck Ribbing

Row 1:

If needed, use a smaller hook. Join with a sl st in side of Neck, ch 5, SC in the 2nd ch from hook and across back towards neckline, sl st in next 2 sts of Neck, turn. | 4 SC, 2 sl sts.

Row 2:

Skip 2 sl sts, SC Blo across, turn. | 4 SC.

Row 3:

Ch 1, SC Blo across, sl st in next 2 sts (1 stitch per edge row around the neckline), turn.

Rep Rows 2-3 for ribbing around neck.

Last Row:

Join edges together, with yarn needle seam beg and last rows of ribbing together, or working in Blo of st in first and last rnd, SC both sts together

Cuff Ribbing

Row 1:
