Have you ever used the Extended Half Double Crochet Between Stitches Pattern? This combination creates a wonderful texture that is reversible.
By working the stitch between each stitch, it creates a fabric that looks the same on each side. Dare I say, it works better than a regular half double crochet.
And of course, let's talk about the texture factor. This crochet stitch packs a punch when it comes to an easy, and simplistic crochet stitch.
Hat Pattern Sneak Peek

And fast forward to this year's Winter Issue of Crochet Foundry. Now that design is worth the wait and so amazing. And of course, it uses the Extended Half Double Crochet Between Stitches Pattern.
