With the cooler season upon us, a warm and cozy hat like the Ehdc Between Stitches Crochet Beanie is perfect. Especially with a textured stitch that is simple enough for a beginner crocheter but also an enjoyable project for advanced crocheters. This crochet pattern is available in 5 sizes.

The Cancer Challenge is a crochet charity event that lasts the entire month of October. Each day of the month a new crochet pattern designer will be featured. Thank you to WeCrochet for sponsoring the yarn for this hat.
This year I chose the color black to highlight Melanoma Cancer. Skin cancer can be largely preventable. Since Iiving in Florida, I've become more aware of the need to protect my skin against the sun. And if I could go back and have a very firm chat with my younger self who went to tanning beds....we would come to an agreement that was a no-no.
Now I schedule yearly appointments with a dermatologist for preventative care. I have her look over my body each year and keep track of anything suspicious. It helps me feel better about catching anything that may arise. I encourage you to do the same, just make the appointment.
Sizes available are: Newborn, Baby, Toddler, Child/Small Adult, Adult.
The Ehdc Between Stitches Beanie is worked in rounds from top-down. A single crochet ribbing is then worked in rows around the bottom of the hat. A pompom is placed on top and then it’s ready to wear.
