Crochet Nutmeg Free Pillow Pattern Simple Home Decor
The Crochet Nutmeg Free Pillow Pattern is quick to work up, it's also beautiful home decor. These are crochet stitches in the round, not knit. I love figuring out new crochet stitch combinations that will mimic that knit look.
I kept this pillow simple in both style and color to be used as a staple home decor piece all year round. You can spruce it up to your style by changing colors every so often to add stripes. Or learn How to Make a Tassel with Yarn and add tassels to each corner to spice it up. And if you love home decor in the spring, check out the St. Patrick's Crochet Shamrock Pillow Cover or the Camper Crochet Pillow Cover.

With Zipper:
Fasten off land weave in your end.
With sewing thread and a sewing needle, stitch the zipper around the top of the opening. Place the pillow form inside the pillow and zip closed.
No Zipper:
Fasten off leaving a long tail.
Place the pillow form into the pillow cover, using a yarn needle, and seam the opening closed. As an alternate option, use a zipper on one end of the pillow so the cover can be removed.
Finishing
Fasten off and weave in all ends, and enjoy your new home decor pillow.
