8.0mm (M hook), or hook to obtain gauge
Lion Brand Thick & Quick
Bulky Weight 6, 80% Acrylic, 20%
Wool, 106 yds/170g
Shown in Colorway Flax
410yds/375m for 18-inch pillow
510yds/466m for 20-inch pillow
blo – back loop only
ch – chain
sl st – slip stitch
sc – single crochet
ssc – split single crochet
8.5 sts by 8.5 rows = 4×4 inches stitch pattern
18×18 inch pillow or
20×20 inch pillow
Sizes are written as: 18 inch pillow (20 inch pillow)
The Crochet Knit Purl Pillow is worked in the round without joining. The top and bottoms will be seamed after inserting a pillow form.

|3||In blo sc 1, ssc in next; repeat from * to * around.||76 (86)|
|Repeats||Repeat Round 3 for 40 (44) rounds, or until the pillow body reaches 18 (20) inches in height.||76 (86)|
Seaming The Top and Bottom:
Fasten off leaving a long tail. With a yarn needle and the pillow laid flat, seam the first opening close. Place the pillow form into the pillow cover and repeat for the other opening.
Finishing the Crochet Pillow:
Fasten off and weave in ends. Attach a tassel to each corner if desired and display.
